Pool violators – LW HOA is working hard to notify authorities about unauthorized visitors to the pool. To help protect the pool and ensure correct usage of the pool, everyone is expected to bring driver’s license and learning permits to show proof of residence. Anyone without proof must be accompanied by a member of the community. The community member must be at the pool with their guests at all times. Please keep your phones with you to report any unwanted visitors.

New Committees – As new officers take office, new committees will be established to help maintain a smooth transition of LW HOA functions within the community. We need everyone to take an active role with dues, work hours, communications, and activities to keep the community healthy and growing. With everyone helping out, the work becomes relationship building opportunities instead of schedule work hours.

Tribal Knowledge – With the new website, the by-laws, covenants, and meeting minutes will be posted so we all have the information of what is going on. This corporation, LW HOA, is run by all the members of Livingston Willows. With more information, we all can make better informed decisions to help grow and maintain our community. We need your help to stay strong and to help increase value in our properties.
