Livingston Willows is a 166 home subdivision that is adjacent to Livingston Elementary School off Highway 81. Kids in Training, a day care and pre-school center is located just inside our entrance.
Livingston Willows has been established since September 1996 and the original developers of the community were Harvey Developments.

Our home owners are interested in understanding the plans, development, and maintenance of the subdivision to help beautify the community, protect the neighborhood, and increasing ways to maintain home values. The community operates with an active HOA with annual home association fees.
